We’ll gently explore where you’ve learned to shut down, hold shame, or disconnect from your pleasure so you can reclaim your sexual aliveness, access deeper pleasure, and feel confident.

Our sessions blend talk-therapy with body-based practices that help you move out of your head and back into your body. Alongside talking things through, we may use tools like:

  • Nervous system regulating tools

  • Gentle movement and breath to release tension

  • Mindfulness and focus practices to build presence

  • Somatic exercises that reconnect you with sensation and confidence

Every session is collaborative and tailored to what you need most in the moment, with space to slow down, integrate and leave feeling super clear on your next steps.

  • All our sessions take place online via Zoom, ensuring you can relax in the comfort of your own home. Each session begins with a grounding meditation or drop-in practice to help you fully arrive.

    Then, we'll likely engage in practices designed to help you connect with your body, overcome obstacles, and gain clarity.

    Near the end of our session, we'll focus on integration, reflecting on your experiences, learnings, and any shifts you've noticed. Together we’ll craft an action plan

  • I know exactly how that feels, I’ve been in your shoes but I also know how powerful and incredible this work is so I invite you to lean into the part of you that knows this is going to be the best experience of your life! Let her guide you into this next chapter.

  • Rather than homework I like to think of it as play. Home play is what we co-create in session together. This integrates the work we have done together. It’s things like meditations, breathwork, breast massage, self-pleasure practices etc.

  • I work internationally with many clients around the world in Europe, U.S and Australia.

  • All my coaching sessions are done via Zoom so you can be in the comfort of your own home.
