Hi I’m Mel,
Mum to two beautiful (and very busy) boys, and lucky enough to have an amazing man, and an incredible dad, by my side as we navigate the chaos together.
I’ve spent over a decade training in sexuality and relationships. And honestly? It started out as a personal thing. I was trying to figure it out for my own relationship.
But a few years in, after many deep chats with friends, strangers at parties and the odd Uber driver, I realised just how many of us are quietly struggling with this. And how much changes when we feel connected in our relationships and actually satisfied in our sex lives.
Which is how I ended up here. I’m an Internationally Certified Sex and Relationship Coach, and I help individuals and couples find their way back to each other, and to themselves. Whether that’s getting your desire back, learning how to ask for what you need, or just feeling at home in your body again.
I’ve supported hundreds of women, men and couples in private sessions over the years, plus many more through my programs and workshops. I’m also a member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia (SSEAA) and have ongoing professional supervision.

So, how did I end up here?
My own journey started in Bali, many (many) moons ago. After a mind-blowing sexuality workshop, I wandered into a little “spiritual” shop.
I bought my first crystal pleasure wand. And if I’m telling the story properly, I can’t leave out the part where it was actually a huge black obsidian wand that I later realised was, indeed, too big. Not the most traditional start, but I was an inspired young woman, ready to find myself (finally).
Before this point, I performed in the bedroom. Faking orgasms, making noises that didn’t even feel good, and rarely putting my own pleasure first. Catching a partner watching porn in my early 20s shaped a lot of my ideas around sex, pleasure and bodies. I never felt good enough, and I spent years trying to live up to standards that were never real.
Bali changed all of that. It made me hungry to learn more, so I travelled around the world to study sexuality, relationships, intimacy and pleasure with incredible teachers - somatic sexologists, psychologists and tantric masters.
Becoming a mum added a whole new layer. Life is full, energy is limited, and like so many of my clients, my partner and I have had to get intentional about staying connected. It’s given me a real, lived understanding of how desire shifts through different seasons of life, and that there’s no shame in any of them.
That’s why I do this work. Because I’ve felt the difference it makes in my own life, and I see it every day in the lives of my clients.
